The patient had an old re-carious filling on the upper left molar. The tooth had become denervated and in combination with the large dental deficit, it was decided to restore the tooth with an all-ceramic case. After the reconstruction of the tooth, an impression was taken and sent to the dental technician, who made the tooth case. The crown is welded to the tooth and the patient feels the case as one body with his tooth.

Dr. med. dent. Mariza Dimitrouli is a specialist at the University of Hannover, Germany (MHI) and also holds a PhD from the same university. She also worked in a dental clinic in Berlin. The title of Endodontist held by Dr. M. Dimitrouli is renewed every six years by the German Endodontics Society. She has a private practice in Thessaloniki, Thermi.
