The patient had two old metal-ceramic trays in the upper two central sectors that he wanted replaced. However, before renewing the old prosthetic work, it was necessary to repeat denervation in the two upper central sectors and in one lateral sector. After renewing the old ligaments the three teeth are asymptomatic and therefore could be used to create new all-ceramic crowns.
